The staff was very helpful and I enjoyed how clean the room was. The fact that we had complimentary breakfast available to us was the cherry on top.

Nothing. I loved this hotel. It was cheap, employees were helpful and the room was in good shape.

Girl at reception was kind and booked us in the first floor so we would need to carry on our bags through stairs.

Room carpets were smelling from cleaning materials, Breakfast is nothing more than coffee and donuts/sweet cookies

Could upgrade carpets as some old stains detract from rooms overall cleanliness. I realize it is an old facility but the carpets do make a difference but if the price increase would be substantial I understand not replacing them to keep costs down.

Very comfortable matresses. Good value, fine continental breakfast.

When we came in the carpet area around the bathroom door was very wet. Only when I went to shower the next morning did I notice that it was because there was no shower curtain. That made the shower experience somewhat challenging.

Short walk to Boulder Creek Trail and Millennium. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Remote for late night walking to restaurants etc. Would have opened window except for security - room was stuffy.

Typical America motel, rooms good with on suite bathroom / shower. Beds very large by uk standards. Staff very helpful. Breakfast included, basic but good and eat as much as liked.

If there was one thing then by European standards then tea / coffee making facilities would have been nice. Minor point but as the web site did say local taxes not included, for us that was 8% added on.

Location and price were the best in the area.

Bad bad bad wireless!!!!! The wireless failed, so they offered to move me to a suite right next to the office. No wireless for the rest of the evening, because they booked a bunch of internet-hungry college students who hogged the wireless. Parking lot not plowed when I arrived. 4 wheel drive in the parking lot. The shoveled shoveled snow onto my head from the upper deck. Duh.

Location was good, staff helpful, amenities were there for the asking.

Would have preferred a little more variety at breakfast. On low carb diet, it was difficult to have anything to eat, but the coffee was great!

Nice, clean motel on our way from one point to another on our vacation. Breakfast was included, but had no options for special diets due to medical reasons.

Nice hotel, fine location, friendly staff, decent outdoor pool and breakfast, would certainly recommend it for out of town visitors.

The location was good, and it was very convenient of uc Boulder. We were able to walk wherever we needed to go. It was most definitely a budget minded motel, but for the price the rooms were clean, and the motel was relatively quiet.

The price was right, easy accessibility from highway, good wi-fi

Property was a little run down, needs maintenance. Room was old, chipped lamps, rusted bathtub drains, filthy dirty chair.
